We aim to deliver every order with care, reliability, and attention to detail.

Sydney-Wide Delivery Available

We currently offer Next Day Delivery across Greater Sydney Monday To Friday. 

Extended Delivery Areas

We also deliver to selected regional areas:
  • North Coast deliveries available as far as Newcastle (Fridays only)
  • South Coast deliveries available as far as Nowra (Fridays only)

Delivery Availability

Delivery availability and pricing are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are the earliest available dates for your location.

Delivery Dates & Timing

Customers may select a preferred delivery date at checkout (Fridays and Tuesdays).
Delivery time is not guaranteed as each driver is provided a scheduled route.
While we take every reasonable step to deliver on the selected date, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic conditions, weather events, or courier delays.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a safe place at the delivery address at the discretion of the driver and will be considered successfully delivered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including the recipient’s name, address, postcode, and contact information.

Nonna Maria’s is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

Redirection & Re-Delivery

If an order requires redirection or re-delivery due to incorrect address details or customer error:

  • Any additional delivery or redirection fees will be charged to the customer

  • Redirection requests are subject to availability and may not be possible for same-day or time-sensitive deliveries

  • As our products are perishable, timely delivery is essential. If delays occur due to incorrect address details, we cannot guarantee the freshness or condition of the product and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details

  • inability to access the delivery location

  • no safe place to leave the item

  • inability to contact the recipient

the order may be returned or disposed of in accordance with food safety standards. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Chilled Products

Our tiramisu is delivered chilled in insulated packaging designed to maintain product temperature during transit. As our products are perishable, they must be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery. (Within the first 1-2 hours)

For best quality and texture, we recommend refrigerating the tiramisu for a minimum of 3-4 hours before serving if it has been transported or left outside the refrigerator.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be left at the delivery address where it is considered delivered and responsibility passes to the recipient. Nonna Maria’s cannot guarantee product temperature or condition if the order is left unrefrigerated for an extended period after delivery.
