Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Order Cancellations & Amendments
As our products are made fresh to order, cancellations or amendments must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Once preparation of an order has commenced, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence so we can assess the issue.
Where an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
